MISSION: 12 MONTHS OF ACCELERATED DEVELOPMENT
This
is a high-performance journey designed to push you to your limits and beyond.
Over 12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in:
- Frontline Engineering: Real plant and heavy industrial site exposure.
- Deep Technical Mastery: Asset Performance, Reliability Engineering, and RCM
strategy.
- Problem Solving: Root Cause Analysis and performance optimization projects.
- The Future: Digital analytics and engineering data interpretation.
- Mentorship: Direct guidance from senior engineers with quarterly
performance tracking.

- A completed BEng/BSc
Engineering Degree.
- At least 1 year of
relevant engineering experience.
