Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for generating profitable revenue through paid search, supporting all product categories and/or segments with a focus on reaching long and short-term business objectives. The role requires in-depth understanding of target markets, product, media approaches, and marketplace dynamics. In addition, this position works with an agency partner for execution and is responsible for maximizing channel results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for the strategic development of paid search across all appropriate product lines, extending to an enterprise application of the channel.
  • Assist in the development and management of a diverse set of search-oriented tactics and campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with internal marketing & media stakeholders, agencies, and other key business partners.
  • Manage agency resources, providing necessary direction to execute and measure campaigns.
  • Remain abreast of changes to search platforms, recommending changes in strategy and testing effectiveness.
  • Exercise initiative and creativity in seeking solutions to business issues and problems using consumer insights to guide development.
  • Coordinates with team to achieve the integrated media plan for the line of business, area owner or product line. 
  • Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Provide regular platform and campaign reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working in paid search; a combination of hands on and agency-managed experience is preferred.
  • Direct-to-consumer and business-to-business experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risk, create, execute, measure, and manage paid search initiatives
  • Foster collaboration and is a clear, concise, and compelling communicator.
  • Ability to influence technical and marketing peers, and exercise upward influence to bring momentum to new initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented; ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Demonstrated success with problem-solving and innovation.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability at building new processes/procedures that are collaborative and extendable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B and DTC combo preferred
  • Experience building and optimizing paid search programs through an agency partner

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

Base Salary Range:

$98,200.00 - $147,400.00
