The Client Services team's core pillars are to build advertising relationships, deliver against and grow revenue, and exceed client expectations while driving success against their business. Responsibilities include:
Provide professional editorial support for various ad products including keyword proposals, copywriting and ad appeal requests.
Monitor campaign delivery and performance, troubleshoot and escalate editorial, delivery and performance issues, and provide optimization strategies and upselling opportunities
Collaborate with sales effectively to trengthen customer relationships by professionally handling editorial and ad support enquiries raised by clients and agencies.
Develop and provide strategic insights, campaign summaries and recommendations, and regular account reviews and reports to clients
Support monetization projects with creative development to maximize revenue potential.
Maintain keyword database and ad reports to support various business needs.
Actively research, test and propose new approaches to improve results
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor or Arts or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of sales/marketing experience; digital advertising or related experience
A background working with clients and/or in a client services role
Demonstrated experience and passion in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns to achieve business goals
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good computer skills including advanced knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to creatively solve problems and uncover opportunities through the use of data, analytics, and critical thinking
