🔑 What You’ll Do- Market Coordination: Manage compliance and anti-piracy campaigns specifically targeting the SEA region.
- Data Intelligence: Analyze and evaluate investigation data, ensuring CRM systems are updated with precision for global reporting.
- Lead Development: Proactively identify new leads using external sources and refine engagement strategies to convert non-compliant users.
- Process Optimization: Organize documentation to ensure smooth, consistent workflows and knowledge-sharing across the team.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide rapid insights and data snapshots to meet evolving business needs.
- Experience: 1+ years in Sales, Account Management, or Legal (Sales exposure is key; software compliance or anti-piracy experience is a massive plus!).
- Language: High proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional proficiency in a regional language (e.g., Malay, Vietnamese, Thai, or Tagalog) is highly advantageous.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with data management tools, CRM metrics, and Omni-channel communication (calls, emails, video).
- Data Literacy: Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel or equivalents (Google Sheets, SPSS).
