Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative teams to improve pipeline, revenue attribution, ROAS, CAC, and LTV:CAC. The role also requires expertise in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, marketing automation, B2B SEO, and AI-enabled workflows.

Manage daily IT operations for a fully remote workforce, including AI tool implementation, MDM administration, device provisioning, policy enforcement, software deployment, security compliance support, onboarding and offboarding, escalations, automation, documentation, and IT projects. The role requires 3–5 years of IT experience, strong AI and MDM expertise, cloud application knowledge, networking fundamentals, and fluent English communication.

Executes marketing campaigns in Marketo and CRM platforms, manages lists, segmentation, tracking links, data audits, deduplication, funnel reporting, dashboards, spreadsheets, budgets, and ClickUp project boards. Tests workflows, troubleshoots system issues, and documents procedures while maintaining accurate marketing operations data and timelines.
