Your ImpactDefine and drive test strategy and validation architecture for software features on Cisco SDWAN Secure Router Platforms.

Strong testing experience in NAT, Firewall, QoS, BFD, NetFlow, and GRE /IPsec .
Hands-on expertise in IP and IPv6, ARP, DNS, DHCP, AAA, RADIUS, SNMP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
Experience with HA and redundancy protocols, PKI, certificate management, and Layer 2/Layer 3 security.
Good understanding of SD-WAN architecture and operations, including PNP, ZTP, and Day 0 or Day N workflows.
Strong Linux fundamentals with hands-on virtualization experience in KVM or ESXi.
Hands-on use of troubleshooting tools such as Ixia, Spirent, and Wireshark.
8+ years of experience in Network automation experience using Python and REST APIs.
Proficiency with Git for code and configuration version control.
Strong analytical, debugging, and end-to-end solution validation skills.
Clear verbal and written communication skills for complex technical topics.
Strong collaboration across engineering teams and mentoring skills.
Performance Debugging: Perform deep-dive analysis into performance bottlenecks at the kernel and hardware-abstraction layers including control plane and dataplane.
Modern Test Practices: Utilize modern Test workflows, including AI-assisted coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Codex) and integrated development environments like VSCode, to accelerate the development lifecycle and improve code quality.
