Position Overview:

JumpCloud is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Enablement Program Manager who specializes in coaching and developing SDRs and BDRs. This role is ideal for someone who has been in the trenches as an SDR, potentially managed a team, and is now committed to fostering the next generation of sales talent. You will be responsible for designing and implementing coaching programs that enhance the skills, behaviors, and performance of our pipeline generating teams, aligning with JumpCloud’s revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with on boarding team to tailor the SDR/BDR on boarding experience for maximum impact
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive coaching plan for SDRs and BDRs to increase effectiveness and performance in engaging with our buyer persona.
  • Develop and facilitate role-play scenarios, workshops, and training materials tailored to the needs of the SDR and BDR teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPI performance, providing one-on-one coaching and group training sessions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and SDR Global leadership to identify skills gaps and training needs.
  • Utilize sales engagement tools effectively to track and analyze inbound and outbound sales activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the sales team.
  • Stay updated with the latest sales techniques and industry trends relevant to tech sales.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR, and at least 3+ years in Sales Enablement or related coaching role.
  • Proven track record in sales coaching and performance improvement.
  • Experience delivering virtual or in person engaging training sessions, including all day sales workshop events
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and challenges specific to selling SaaS products to IT professionals.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Gong Engage is preferred.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing others.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $105,000 - $130,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.

Where you’ll be working/Location:

JumpCloud® is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.


All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States. Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area but as a remote company, you are able to work remotely anywhere in the U.S. If you would like to spend time in our offices in the Denver/Boulder area, you are welcome to do that as well.


Language:

JumpCloud® has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English.
