Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, curious, and eager to build a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and target companies.
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships until handoff to the sales team.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings and qualified opportunities.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development \ SDR (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and sending emails.
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
