Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of SDRs, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals. This includes leading SDRs in small-sized markets up to large-scale enterprise accounts.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate SDR performance, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives for the targeted sectors.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the SDR team's processes, tools, and methodologies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities and performance in the targeted sectors.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze key sales metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure effective lead handoff and alignment on target accounts and messaging within the targeted sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive collaboration, while holding departments accountable. 


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
