What’s the opportunity? 


We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Development Representatives Lead to oversee our SDR team and play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline. As an SDR Lead, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring SDRs, optimizing outreach strategies, and ensuring the team consistently meets its lead generation goals. Your role is vital in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects, supporting the broader sales team, and contributing to the growth of our customer base.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead, mentor, and support the SDR team, providing guidance on prospecting, outreach, and follow-up strategies.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs to build a high-performing team.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews, setting clear expectations and development goals.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate and qualify leads in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Optimase processes for lead generation, including email sequences, cold calling, and social media outreach.
  • Track and analyze key metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve SDR performance and pipeline quality.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and ensure seamless hand-offs of qualified leads.
  • Act as a point of contact between SDRs and senior sales management to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide insights on prospect feedback to help improve messaging, positioning, and overall strategy.
  • Set up and maintain regular reporting on SDR team performance, analyzing data to track progress against targets.
  • Identify and implement tools and techniques to improve SDR productivity and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to ensure the team uses innovative and effective outreach strategies.

What skills do you need?

  • Proven experience as an SDR Lead, ideally within the fintech industry.
  • Have a problem-solving approach to outbound strategy.
  • Spanish and English language skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing and empowering team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven approach with experience analyzing metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Apollo, Zoominfo).
  • Experience in scaling or optimizing SDR teams.
  • Understanding of lead generation and qualification methodologies.
