The ideal candidate combines:
• Strong RCM business training experience
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered learning tools
• Proven track record of deploying scalable digital learning solutions (LMS, simulations, bots, analytics)
Training Strategy & Frameworks
• Design, Deliver & Oversee new-hire onboarding, lateral, role-based refresher and leadership training programs
• Partner with Ops leaders for training aligned to business metrics (quality, productivity, SLA performance)
• Design and standardize SOP-driven, competency-based training modules across client accounts.
• Manage a team of RCM trainers; coach and mentor them.
• Support transitions, client ramp-ups, and strategic capability-building projects.
• Drive content digitization (e-learning, microlearning, scenario-based modules)
• Create and maintain dashboards for training effectiveness, speed-to-proficiency, and knowledge retention.
• Ensure audit-readiness of training documentation and process certifications.
• Integrate AI and automation readiness into the training framework, upskilling staff to effectively work alongside emerging technologies; develop training on system usage, exception handling, and oversight of automation to ensure optimal adoption and performance.
Team Management
• Lead and mentor a team of trainers, content developers, and facilitators across geographies.
• Conduct trainer calibration, TTT programs, and quarterly capability reviews.
• Drive a Trainer Productivity Index (sessions held vs. business impact measured).
• Publish monthly L&D Scorecard to leadership and stakeholders.
Onboarding & Performance Acceleration
• Own new hire, lateral, and leadership training programs
• Design structured onboarding journeys with:
o AI-assisted support
o Simulation-based learning
o Real-time performance tracking
• Drive initiatives to:
o Reduce ramp-up time
o Improve floor readiness
o Reduce early-stage attrition
Curriculum, Content & Technology
• Create and oversee the development of interactive and blended learning modules using: (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond (Any TWO from the list is Mandatory)
• Manage LMS deployment (preferably Workday LMS).
• Collaborate with Ops SMEs to build role-specific learning paths, simulation Labs, and explainer videos.
Measurement, ROI & Governance
• Create a learning effectiveness model using Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Levels and Phillips ROI Methodology.
• Track and publish data on:
o Speed to Proficiency
o First Pass Accuracy (FPA)
o Quality vs. Pre/Post Training Intervention (30/60/90-day window)
• Drive accountability across the training team for performance outcomes, with ownership of targets for ramp-up time, training assessment scores, and early-stage attrition; adjust training strategies based on data to ensure measurable improvement.
• Own training compliance standards and adherence, ensuring all training content, delivery, and documentation align with regulatory, client, and internal policy requirements. Proactively identify gaps, implement corrective training updates, and maintain consistent compliance across all programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business / Healthcare / Learning & Development
• Minimum 10-12 years of RCM experience with at least 4 years in training leadership.
• 2–3 years in leading digital or AI learning transformation initiatives
