We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks and SDLC, with focus on Playwright-based test automation across UI and APIs for the 3th Party Integration.
This role combines strong programming skills with a quality-first mindset, ensuring our applications are reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
Your key responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA to ensure quality across the SDLC
- Build and maintain test automation for REST APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., CRM systems)
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright
- Implement end-to-end (E2E), integration, and API tests
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Contribute to shift-left testing practices and quality engineering initiatives
- Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test development
- Support performance and reliability testing where applicable
Required:
- Hands-on experience as an SDET / Automation Engineer (mid-level)
- Strong experience with Playwright for UI test automation
- Solid programming skills in TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience with API testing (REST, Postman, or similar tools)
- Understanding of test design patterns and automation best practices
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of software testing principles (functional, regression, integration)
Experience we consider a plus:
- Knowledge of contract testing (e.g., Pact)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience with observability tools (Grafana, ELK, etc.)
