Inflection.io is a venture-backed B2B marketing automation company, enabling to communicate with their customers and prospects from one platform. We're used by leading SaaS companies like Sauce Labs, Postman, BILL, Mural, and Vercel, many of which pay more than $100K/yr(1 crore rupee).

And,... it’s working! We have world-class stats: our largest deal is over 3 crore, we have a 5 star rating on G2, over 100% NRR, and constantly break sales and customer records. We’ve raised $14M in total since 2021 with $7.6M of fresh funding in 2024, giving us many years of runway.

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing queueing systems and a strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment.

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes.

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment processes.

• Manage and troubleshoot queueing systems such as Amazon SQS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

• Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.

• 5+ years of professional experience in AWS, including advanced knowledge of its services.

• Expertise in container orchestration with Kubernetes.

• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

• Strong understanding of queueing systems like SQS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

• Nice-to-have: Experience as a database administrator (DBA).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
