Position Summary:The Scrum Master plays a dual role in both facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing technical projects across a range of complexities. This individual will serve as a servant-leader for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring Agile principles are upheld while also driving the successful delivery of technical initiatives. This role is instrumental in empowering teams to deliver high-value outcomes iteratively and incrementally, while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. •Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
•Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
•Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization, collaborating to ensure well-groomed backlogs and clear sprint goals.
•Manage technical projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
•Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
•Track and report on key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, team health).
•Coordinate cross-team dependencies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Minneapolis office.
At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary range for this role is: $86,600 to $134,200. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
