What you will be doing:
- Facilitate the Agile Scrum/Kanban process based on Agile principles and values, and organize/facilitate all necessary Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, etc.).
- Acts as a servant leader and process facilitator who ensures the team delivers business value while meeting client expectations.
- Drives the team to define, design, build, test, and release relevant, stable working software (Delivery Content).
- Coaches the team to apply Kanban principles, drive impediment removal, continuously improve velocity, and promote self-organization and performance.
- Ensures the product vision/Roadmap is visible and guides the Product Owner in maintaining a properly sized Product Backlog (using story points) and creating visible information radiators.
- Requires a Scrum Master certification and experience in implementing Agile methodologies, along with a strong background in change management, project management, and customer relationship experience.
- Possesses exceptional communication and facilitation skills necessary for effectively engaging with senior management levels.
- Responsible for fostering team morale, building trust, encouraging experimentation in a safe environment, and maintaining situational awareness regarding Team Development Stages.
