Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Scrum Master that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! You will be working with Product Management, Program Management and Engineering in delivering outcomes that be part of Vuori’s story in re-defining the apparel landscape!
What you’ll get to do:
- Serve as a servant leader for your team ensuring Agile principles are practices and continuously improved
- Collaborate with Technical Product Manager to help and maintain the backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and sized
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (backlog refinement, planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos)
- Help track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (such as team velocity and sprint progress/burn down/up charts) to ensure consistent delivery of quality work
- Remove obstacles and shield the team from interruptions, creating a clear path for productivity
- Identify and address risks, roadblocks, and cross team dependencies that could impact the team’s ability to meet its commitments
- Promote continuous improvement by encouraging the team to reflect on performance and adopt best practices
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share insights and increase the effectiveness of Scrum across the organization
- Learn and grow by staying current on Agile practices and enhancing your facilitation and coaching skills
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, and/or equivalent years of experience preferred
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile principles team dynamics
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem solving and team success
- Relevant certifications in Scrum/Agile (Eg. Certified Scrum Master or equivalent)

The salary range for this role is $135,000 per year - $150,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
