Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description

• Solid understanding of agile values, principles and Scrum framework.

• Possesses situational awareness, and demonstrated judgment in prior experience.

• Interested in continual improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing. Understands conflict resolution, appreciates organizational transparency, and building trust.

• Ability to communicate effectively across an eCommerce organization to forge relationships with business users, product managers, testers, release teams, platform engineering teams, and user interface teams.

• technical and business audiences, executives, and external partners.

• Ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.

• Training in agile, and or completed Scrum certification

• Preferred: Experience in a multi-country high traffic eCommerce business implementing web sites, service-oriented (SOA) architectures, middle-ware, supply chain solutions, or “Software-as-a-Service” (SaaS),

• Ability to work with outsourced technology partners based in multiple, global locations.

• Project Management Certification and Scrum Master certification.

• Candidate must be a strong project manager having formed scrum team, managed 2-3 concurrently, managed multiple dependencies (within team and with outside teams) under tight timelines in a large, complex live-to-sight SW delivery environment.

• Candidate should be highly adaptable in driving team to deliver program but always with the end customer experience or business goal in sight. This opportunity may require off hour work.
