At Dario Health our team is our largest asset when it comes to market we serve. As a Scrum Master within Dario Health organization, you will lead multiple teams of talented developers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate Sprints and related Agile Ceremonies ( Example : Retrospective , daily stand ups)
- Keep team focused on Sprint Goals ( Monitoring Sprint Health , Velocity & other Burn up/Burn down charts )
- Monitor Releases , scope and Planning.
- Use Team feedback and able to create metrics to identify areas of opportunity , and work with team continuously to improve the efficiency and deadlines.
- Coach Team Members in Agile Frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact of external communication e.g customers & stakeholders
- Work with Product owners to manage and handle backlogs and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help Team implement changes effectively
- Ensure Sprint deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint ( Sprint Review )
- Escalate any impediment or roadblock.
- Guide development Teams to a higher level of Scrum maturity.
Requirements
- Experience in Scrum Master Role
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline.
- Excellent Knowledge and certification in Agile or Scrum master
- Min 3 Years of experience.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life cycle.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as the Definition of Done , Workflows, Feature/Epic/User stories , backlog refinement.
- Strong Knowledge of Agile frameworks
- Excellent presentation and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- JIRA & Easy BI tool Understanding will be plus.
