What success looks like in this role:
Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding and coaching the team on Scrum practices and principles.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication and transparency.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team.
Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
Promote continuous improvement and help the team to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive team environment.
Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a software development environment.
Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Experience with remote or distributed teams.
