What you will do:
As a Scrum Master, you will be at the heart of our business, managing complex projects and fostering the Agile mindset across different teams. By identifying inefficiencies, how we can improve our ways of working, and streamlining workflows, you will act as a change agent, enabler of innovation and drive continuous improvement across teams. With your expertise in Agile methodologies, you will be able to navigate complexity and uncertainty with ease, delivering high-quality results that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Your day-to-day:
- Act as the Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum events (such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives) to ensure smooth progress towards team self-organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that Scrum events are well-planned and executed, and that the team is aligned with the project goals.
- Assist Product Owners in managing stakeholders and prioritizing deliverables by creating and maintaining backlogs.
- Promote Agile practices, refine processes, educate teams to improve productivity and quality, embracing change management, potential resistance to change, enabling the organization to adapt quickly to changing business needs, remain competitive, and achieve its strategic goals.
- Support problem-solving and driving creative solutions for high-quality product outcomes. You will work closely with teams to identify and remove obstacles that hinder productivity, and to facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team environment through open communication, feedback, and accountability. You will be responsible for creating a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Tech, Finance, Business, or other related fields.
- Extensive hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in complex projects.
- Proven experience in helping organizations adopt Agile methodologies, including scaled frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS. This should include expertise in facilitating the transition phase and addressing any resistance to change
- Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), will be highly valued. However, extensive practical experience in Agile methodologies and scaled frameworks will also be considered as an alternative.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery tools such as DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels and cooperate with international colleagues.
- Experience managing Scrum and/or cross-functional teams and aligning multiple stakeholders with varying priorities.
- Bonus points for familiarity/experience with projects across Insurance, Financial Services, or Investment Businesses fields.
- Experience in managing both business and technical projects is highly desirable, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and improving processes using Agile methodologies.

Capable of staying up to date with the latest Agile methodologies, tools, and trends and implementing them in practice. Willing to share knowledge and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
