Job Description
- Extensive experience in coaching organizations at various stages of their Agile journey.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Skilled in Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira, facilitating seamless project management and team collaboration.
- Guide teams through the challenges of Agile transformations,
- Facilitate daily scrums, sprint retrospectives, and planning meetings.
- Mentor and support our teams in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Develop and execute coaching plans that help teams improve their performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for continuous learning and development.
- Assess the maturity of Agile practices within the teams and provide strategic advice for advanced development.
- Coach development team to enhance productivity.
- Lead change initiatives and effectively manage transitions.
Qualifications
- The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in implementing Agile.
- At least one of the advanced Agile certifications i.e. ICAgile, Scrum Master, SAFe Agility, PMP or similar.
