About the Job:

As a Scrum Master at Zone & Co, you’ll be a key player in our dynamic R&D department, leading and facilitating up to two agile Scrum teams. Your mission? To ensure that our teams are operating at peak efficiency, adopting agile methodologies that drive productivity and deliver high-quality NetSuite SuiteApps. You'll coach, mentor, and support your teams, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a collaborative, empowered environment.

Responsibilities:

Scrum Ceremony Facilitation: 

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demos, ensuring teams are aligned and sprint goals are met.

Agile Coaching & Mentoring: 

• Guide team members in agile principles, encouraging experimentation with new practices and tools to enhance efficiency.

Sprint & Backlog Management: 

• Work closely with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog, while identifying and removing impediments to progress.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: 

• Analyze team velocity, identify trends, and optimize performance. Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and proactively mitigate risks.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

•  Build a positive, collaborative team culture, resolve conflicts, and ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred, with proven experience leading multiple agile teams.
• Basic knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies is essential.
• Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteApps and their development processes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to solve complex problems and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote work setting.
