Co u nás dělá Procesní inženýr?
- Je součástí týmu zajišťující plynulý chod výroby, analyzuje, vyhodnocuje a odstraňuje poruchy na strojích a zařízení
- Navrhuje a zajišťuje nápravná opatření proti vzniku neshodných výrobků
- Zavádí úpravy stávajících výrobních prostředků a procesů
- Specifikuje náhradní díly a součástky výrobních prostředků
- Zajišťuje ověření funkce výrobních prostředků v před sériovém provozu a sleduje náběh výrobních prostředků do sériového provozu
Jaké znalosti a dovednosti byste měli mít?
- SŠ/VŠ vzdělání technického směru, praxe na podobné pozici výhodou
- Manuální zručnost a technické myšlení, orientace ve výrobním procesu
- Čtení a orientace v technické dokumentaci
- PLC diagnostika - minimálně základní znalost
- Práce s PC - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Základní znalost angličtiny
- Znalost pneumatiky, hydrauliky - výhodou
- Základní znalost programu Catia - výhodou
- Znalosti z oblasti svařování kovů - výhodou (případně mít chuť se naučit)
- Znalost z oblasti robotů - výhodou (případně mít chuť se naučit)
