Job Profile Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to join our team, overseeing a large-scale content supply chain operation out of the Philippines for a major brand. This team member will need to be fluent in English (verbal & written) to be the Scrum Master for a 30+ team content creators, designers and editors. Following the Agile methodology and framework will be critical to be successful in this role. Our ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices daily, drive continuous improvement, and ensure effective collaboration among cross-functional teams. We are looking for a proactive Scrum Master who takes the initiative when needed; enforce the backlog, communicates the burn rate and manages the team capacity on a sprint-to-sprint basis.

Responsibilities:

· Ticket intake (requirement gathering), ticket creation and ticket assignment in project management tool

· Backlog management and prioritization for the production team to align with business goals

· Forecasting, planning and managing sprint capacity

· Monitor and report out on team performance metrics to stakeholders and internal directors

· Facilitate Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews

· Train team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance productivity and collaboration

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization

· Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines

Required skills:

· Excellent English skills (verbal & writing)

· 3-5+ years Agile leadership experience on projects

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification

· Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a content operations or supply chain management projects; or similar environment

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks

· Proficiency in Agile enterprise level project management tools (e.g., Jira, or ADO)

· Strong analytical skills and experience in metrics-driven decision-making

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
