We are looking for a Scrum master who will manage agile/scrum processes. You will be reporting to Manager, Scrum Master. you will be responsible for:
- The Scrum Master will support the Product Owner to maintain product backlog, release plan, and support increased productivity by facilitating scrum ceremonies.
- You will remove impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team, sprint goals.
- You will monitor performance, adoption using metrics dashboards and help identify continuous improvement opportunities to support the team to work smarter, and more effectively.
- Work with all the core development teams, other support teams, and guide efficient execution.
- Develop sprint plans with Scrum team, plan iterations, create estimation exercises. familiarity with refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
- Overall exp of 10 years and minimum 6 years' experience in Scrum Master/ Agile Project management Role.
- Solid experience in the Scrum Master role applying agile methodology, frameworks, Scrum principles, practices, and theory, Certified Scrum Master.
- Experience with JIRA, JIRA Portfolio, Dashboards and Confluence required.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience leading daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint plan, sprint review, and retrospective and longer-term planning exercises. Facilitate discussion to help identify gaps and mitigation plans.
- Apply agile methodology best practices and focus on metrics (dashboards, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity planning) to analyze, provide transparency and lead sprint planning.
- Experience working directly with software development teams in JIRA & Salesforce
