We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Scrum Master & Project (iteration) Manager with strong knowledge of agile methodologies to join our Engineering Team and support technology teams in the gaming industry. In this role, you will help enable teams to deliver technology solutions and features that enhance our games and contribute to our continued success.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Iteration Manager to contribute to the growth of our Engineering function and have a meaningful impact on current and future technology initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with multiple disciplines across technology teams and provides exposure to the development of top-grossing titles.
Work mode: hybrid – 3 days per week from the Wave Office in Gdansk or Unity Office in Krakow.
What You'll Do
Develop expertise in managing agile processes tailored to the specific needs of each technology team, enabling teams to work effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Act as a JIRA expert, helping maintain clear and effective processes within our JIRA environment for technology teams.
Support the incremental delivery of technology solutions while proactively identifying gaps and proposing improvements that drive continuous growth and excellence.
Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting individual development, removing impediments, and helping teams stay accountable to their commitments.
Contribute to a positive, open, and supportive work atmosphere that promotes teamwork and shared success within the PMO and Engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Strong passion for and understanding of agile methodologies, with hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies and evolving agile practices.
Superb communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to help prioritize work and support the Product Owner in managing competing demands.
Experience working in multidisciplinary technology teams.
Ability to support the creation and execution of technology roadmaps.
Proficiency in using Jira for project management in a technology environment.
A flexible, self-motivated, and collaborative attitude.
Agile certification from a recognized organization such as Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, PMI, or a similar body.
Curiosity about automation JIRA processes and openness towards AI solutions
Nice to Have
Experience developing, managing, and improving team processes.
Experience with technical project management practices, including managing cross-team dependencies, timelines, and delivery risks alongside iteration management.
Familiarity with the games industry, particularly mobile games.
Experience with creative data visualisation in Atlassian Analytics
