Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master / PM to lead agile delivery across multiple enterprise platforms and intelligent automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving SAP, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Freshworks, Process Mining, RPA, and AI chatbot implementations.
You will play a critical role in fostering agile best practices, removing impediments, and ensuring high-performing teams deliver value consistently and efficiently. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation initiatives, helping organizations modernize legacy systems, enhance user experiences, and accelerate business agility through cutting-edge technologies.
The primary location for this role is Bengaluru, India.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog and ensure clear sprint goals.
- Track and report on key metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and team performance.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across platforms like SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and Freshworks.
- Support delivery of automation initiatives involving Process Mining, RPA tools and AI chatbot platforms.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects across SAP, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Freshworks, Celonis and RPA/AI chatbot platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation and digital transformation initiatives.
