Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications with a focus on scalability and performance
  • Conduct advanced model testing, validation, and optimisation for accuracy and efficiency
  • Implement workflows using LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, and Agentic AI patterns for production-grade solutions
  • Deploy models on Azure, GCP, or AWS using CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of AI services into applications
  • Implement monitoring and observability for AI systems to ensure reliability and compliance
  • Apply organisational security and compliance standards for AI integrations
  • Optimise AI services for cost, scalability, and performance in production environments
  • Document integration processes, maintain best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on emerging AI/ML tools, frameworks, and trends relevant to enterprise adoption
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering with strong exposure to AI/ML solutions
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, and RAG concepts
  • Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (Azure preferred, GCP, AWS) with CI/CD and containerization
  • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and performance optimization for AI systems
  • Solid understanding of security and compliance requirements for AI deployments
  • Good understanding of modern DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
  • Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decisions
  • Proven solid communication and documentation skills
