Scrum Master -Intermediate

What you’ll do

• Execute Sprint Tasks: Take ownership of assigned User Stories (or tasks) from the Sprint Backlog, ensuring you code, test, debug, and implement the software solutions required to meet the definition of "Done."
• Participate in Daily Scrum: Actively attend the Daily Stand-up to report on: what you did yesterday, what you will do today, and any impediments that are blocking your work, focusing on meeting your sprint commitments.
• Refine Technical Effort: Collaborate with the team during Backlog Refinement to provide technical input on future User Stories, helping to size or estimate the complexity and effort required to implement the features.
• Deliver Increment (Sprint Review): Ensure the work you completed is integrated and tested, demonstrating the functional software increment to stakeholders and the Product Owner during the Sprint Review.
• Continuous Improvement (Retrospective): Participate constructively in the Sprint Retrospective, suggesting practical ways to improve the team's processes, coding standards, or collaboration, and applying those improvements to your own work

What experience you need 

• 1-3 Years of Practical Coding/Development Experience: Direct, hands-on experience in coding, testing, and debugging software solutions, often involving modifying existing application designs to implement new features or fix issues.
• Experience in a Specific Technical Domain: Practical experience with the tools, languages, and systems architecture relevant to the job function (e.g., specific programming languages, databases, cloud platforms, or network systems) as part of your core discipline. 
• Familiarity with the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle): Experience participating in the entire lifecycle of a project, including gathering requirements (reviewing business processes), design, implementation, and deployment, often in a project based setting.
• Basic Problem-Solving Experience: Proven ability to identify and solve a range of technical problems in straightforward and clear-cut situations by applying learned theoretical knowledge and following established technical guidelines.
• Experience in Organized Work Delivery: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage your own work effectively, meeting established deadlines and delivering quality results within a structured team or organizational environment

• Optimizing Delivery Flow: Consistently contributing to the team's efficiency by suggesting and implementing improvements to the software delivery pipeline (e.g., setting up better automated tests, improving CI/CD processes), thereby accelerating the team's time-to-market for delivering Technology change
