  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Publish sprint release notes
  • Production Support Coordination
  • Lead a daily production support "scrum-of-scrums" or stand-up meeting for representatives from various Business Applications teams (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, Zuora)
  • Facilitate the rapid triage, prioritization, and assignment of incoming production incidents and urgent support requests.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication between support analysts, developers, and business users on the status of critical issues.
  • Maintain and optimize a Kanban board or similar tool to provide visibility into the flow of production support work.
  • Assist in tracking support metrics and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify recurring issues and advocate for root cause analysis and long-term solutions to be added to the enhancement backlog.
  • Jira Administration:
  • Serve as the team's Jira subject matter expert, managing and configuring the platform to align with our SDLC.
  • Create and maintain complex Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.

  • Experience with Confluence and other Atlassian suite tools that integrate with Project Management tools (e.g. Smartsheet) and testing automation tools (e.g. xRay).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and consensus.
