LOCATION: Coppell, TX and hybrid role, may work from home
DUTIES: Coordinate and deliver complex supply chain initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and customer focused. Drive end-to-end delivery as an individual contributor by developing and maintaining integrated delivery plans, including scope, milestones, schedules, and budgets; managing RAID - risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and coordinating mitigation and resolution plans. Partner with cross-functional, global stakeholders to align objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and delivery readiness activities, and support post-go-live stabilization and technical discussions. Use data-driven Key Performance Indicators to track progress, report status, and continuously improve delivery predictability and outcomes. Promote a quality-first mindset by applying root cause analysis to strengthen products and processes. Partner closely with customer support to support post-go-live readiness, Service Level Agreements adherence, and timely issue resolution. Facilitate delivery governance through meetings, dashboards, and transparent communication to stakeholders; proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and roadblocks. Serve as Release Manager by coordinating release planning and scheduling, maintaining a release calendar, and driving release readiness activities including readiness checklists, required approvals, and go/no-go decision support, to ensure smooth deployments. Coordinate cross-team release communications and deployment execution, and support post-release verification and stabilization. Serve as Scrum Manager by facilitating Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and enabling collaboration across geo-distributed teams to support accountability and delivery outcomes. Apply technical expertise in Agile, SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on expertise using tools including Jira, Aha! and Rally.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Scrum Master, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include:
5 years in the following: project and program delivery including planning, budgeting, risk, and issue management; Agile delivery and tools using Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, with tools like Jira, Rally and MS Project; cross-functional collaboration leading geo-distributed teams and working with technical stakeholders; Cloud and Enterprise Software using Azure/cloud platforms, SaaS, and hybrid delivery models; data-driven execution including KPI-based tracking, SLA adherence, dashboard reporting, and metrics-driven governance. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept an additional 2 years of experience in the above skill sets. Experience therein to include: 4 years in the following: supply chain and E-commerce systems expertise across WMS, OMS, TMS, and ERP platforms. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
