Role and Responsibilities

As SCP Project Manager you will be part of the SCP Display department located in Delft. This role supports multiple sales subsidiaries in their supply of monitors distributed from the Centralized Warehouses located in Tilburg (NL) & Slovakia (SK).
Your main responsibilities will include:
Projects and Process innovation
- Propose process improvements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement approved proposals in order to increase efficiency/ effectiveness/ process quality;
- Analyze quantitative and process impact of process changes proposed by management;
- Execute improvement projects in order to enhance value added activities, procedures and systems;
- Support specific product Taskforce to improve service;
Change management
- Guide and drive sales subsidiaries with newly implemented project or processes, monitor progress regular basis and report to head of department;
- Frequent communication with sales subsidiaries SCM members in order to achieve given target or projects to be completed within timeline;
Reporting and improvement
- Provide multiple regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports relating to cost saving results and related activities;
- Analyze data and setup relevant reports in order to manage responsibilities and inform management;
- Analyze forecasts, orders and relevant data in order to create improvements to processes and procedures;
Sales Support
- Assure correct services of Logistics Service Provider by analyzing the logistics requirements of the customers (sales subsidiaries in Europe);
- Act as a backup intermediary for subsidiaries (and any other possible relevant parties) regarding any SCM related questions or requests (order & delivery status, track and trace, pricing, allocation, new product, logistics, configurations, special shipments, stock availability etc.);
- Support management with reports and data analysis;
- Based on the experience of the sales subsidiary, it is sometimes necessary to raise SCM issues directly to the sales corporation and solve problems;
Skills and Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
Hard skills:
- A Bachelor/Master degree in Supply Chain or other related study;
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar position, of which at least 1 year within a sales organization;
- Strong communication skills, specifically experience in providing concise summaries to upper management, with impactful story telling;
- Fluent in English;
- Data analytics capabilities based on statistical knowledge;
- Excellent MS Office skills;
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred;
