Main Objectives
1. Handling V&B Import & export customs activities
2. Inland transportation and warehousing related business in China
3. Local sourced product related business via DC in China
4. Europe, ROA, NME and China
Main Position Tasks :
1. Planning the inland transportation for local sourced products, monitoring the suppliers’ delivery performance to DC, and coordinating inbound goods receiving issues with service providers.
2. Coordinate with customers & warehouses about outbound process, complexity implementation, and manage the delivery performance from DC to customers.
3. Handling Import & Export customs declaration from or to DC in China under the guidance of customs & tax regulation and supporting in tax-refund from government authority.
4. Supporting warehouse in handling customer claims and controlling and reporting locked stock status.
5. Supporting Logistics and Warehouse BW China and other assignments to improve SCM efficiency
Required Qualification
Education :
Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Import &Export related.
Type and length of necessary job experience :
Minimum 3 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management.
Specific Knowledge (only essential specific knowledge; e.g. language skills if mandatory):
1. With PC hand-on workshop knowledge & ERP experience
2. Good command of both written & spoken English.
3. Solid communication, data analytical skills.
4. Proven ability to meet deadline in fast changing environment.
5. Replenishment knowledge and negotiation skill.
6. Import & Export declaration & tax regulation knowledge.
