Job DescriptionPartnership Management
- Ensure constructive and efficient cooperation with resellers through excellent account communication & management
- Joint business(sales, promotion marketing, product and delivery) planning and goal setting with resellers to identify and develop win-win path to success according to company strategy and goal
- Build close and friendly relationship with reseller main responsible person and other function key person to obtain necessary support & resources
Distribution Management
- Manage and develop channel distribution, penetration and expansion according to company strategy and business opportunities
- Maintain distribution policy and grading integrity to facilitate consumer access to BOSE within all relevant distribution channels
- Ensure all BOSE operation standards and guidelines are applied and maintained across channel, reseller, and service partners
Online Operation Management
- Proactively understand the dynamic change of online platform and in time identify the best business practices fit for Bose
- Joint Sell-in & out, promotion, marketing and product chain plan, review and target achievement with sales responsible and cross-function
- Secure Sell-in margin, forecast accuracy, stock planning and communication with category and supply chain team
- Big promotions management, like 618, double 11 shopping festivals, to work out together with team member specific operation plan, time schedule, and project minestrones an action list, well communicate and get alignment with cross-function
- Understand the key index Bose need to analysis business and collect relevant data on regular basis, including review and analysis of store or single product traffic (paid & non-paid), conversion, click through, sales, shopping cart, competitor and industry index, etc.
- Understand the in-site marketing mechanism, regular set strategy, goal, plan, deploy execution and review in-site marketing to secure the best investment & return with budget.
- Work closely with platform & reseller to identify other new forms of traffic & sales generators, such as in-site content marketing, live cast, etc
- Communicate and propose internally cross other Bose sales channels, to ensure transparency and alignment before proposal is approved.
- Improve Ecom pages include store home page, product page etc at both PC and APP for better sales conversion while still fit for brand guideline
- Flagship store Customer service, logistics, etc management and KPI setting and review on regular basis.
