Responsibilities:
Order Management: Execute end-to-end domestic sales administration for 30+ accounts, ensuring the timely delivery of oleochemical products annually.
Operational Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for domestic customers to streamline communication and resolve delivery or documentation issues efficiently.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the MRD and SDO EXIM team and third-party transporters to optimize inland distribution and warehouse movement.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all domestic trade documents comply with Indonesian regulations and provide regular sales volume and fulfillment reports to the Team Head.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement workflows that enhance operational efficiency and minimize lead times for local shipments.
