Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical and managerial leadership and fostering the professional development of employees within the area of responsibility
- Analyzing internal and external logistics processes and working to continuously improve these operational structures
- Managing the flow of purchased parts, raw materials, and in-house manufactured parts—in some cases across multiple production sites—through to the delivery of the final product.
- As part of the overall order processing workflow, you will be in constant contact with internal process partners.
- Compiling and evaluating statistics, KPIs, and reports
- Preparing a capacity analysis based on sales planning
- Initiating coordinated measures in the event of schedule disruptions
- Further developing, coordinating across organizational units, and implementing the supply chain strategy
- Initiating production orders on time while considering economic factors
- Developing planning scenarios using ERP and other planning tools
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on logistics, or a completed vocational training program with additional training and 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP , as well as comprehensive user skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong analytical skills, as well as a structured, independent, and methodical approach to work and problem-solving abilities
- Team spirit, communication, and coordination skills
