POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant, Lynx Program
POSITION STATUS: Non exempt, 197 duty days
DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Lynx Site Director
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 4:15 pm
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Lynx Site Director and program operations. This position manages office coordination, scheduling, communication, and record-keeping to ensure efficient daily operations within the Lynx program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, families, and visitors.
- Manage student attendance, records, and scheduling in coordination with staff.
- Support transportation logistics and maintain communication with providers.
- Process purchase orders, maintain office inventory, and assist with event coordination.
- Ensure adherence to building safety procedures and visitor protocols.
- Assist with grading, reporting, and data entry as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of administrative or clerical experience, or equivalent education and training.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an educational or charter school setting.
- Associate’s degree or higher.

What We Do
Lionsgate Academy is a public charter school open to students of all abilities in grades 7 through 12, and also offers a transition program for students ages 18-22. Its program is inclusively designed to address the unique learning needs of students on the autism spectrum as well as students with other learning differences.
