As an Identity and Access Management - Director, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. Your work will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
In this role, you will be part of our Cybersecurity practice, where our people focus on protecting organizations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies. Responsibilities
- Leading the design and implementation of identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
- Managing user identities and access rights using advanced technologies like Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
- Developing secure systems and solutions to address vulnerabilities and safeguard data
- Overseeing the integration of federated identity management and identity governance frameworks
- Promoting technological advances in cybersecurity to create environments where people and technology thrive
- Driving business growth by identifying gaps in the market and converting opportunities into success
- Cultivating potential in others through mentorship and leadership, fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation
- Collaborating across the PwC Network to maximize client satisfaction and scale efficiencies
- Validating compliance with authorization management systems and encryption technologies
- Encouraging creative problem-solving and strategic questioning to address complex cybersecurity challenges
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
- Utilizing Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management for enhanced security
- Promoting technological advances in Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Developing strategic solutions for Identity Governance Framework (IGF)
- Leading initiatives in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Cultivating potential through mentoring and coaching within cybersecurity teams
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
