Lead and oversee a center-based special education program: supervise licensed staff and paraprofessional leadership, coach teams, develop behavioral and functional academic programming, support students with significant cognitive disabilities, and partner with families to ensure least restrictive educational access.

Provide administrative support to the Lynx Site Director and program operations, including front-desk contact, student attendance and records management, scheduling, transportation coordination, purchase order processing, inventory, event support, safety protocol enforcement, and occasional grading and data entry.

The School Psychologist conducts evaluations, applies expertise in mental health and learning, and collaborates with families and teachers to support students with autism and learning differences.

Provide direct support to students on the autism spectrum in a school transition program: assist at job sites, transport students in school vans, work day shifts (7:45–4:15), collaborate with staff, and support student learning and independence. 9-month position with summers off.

Serve as connector and advocate for a caseload (up to 17) of middle or high school students with autism or learning differences. Manage IEP-related paperwork, coordinate with families and teams, problem-solve student needs, and collaborate with staff. Do not provide classroom teaching; receive due process days to complete documentation and support extended school year opportunities.
