Onsite - St. Charles IL (4-days onsite)

THE OPPORTUNITY/RESPONSIBILITIES

The Literacy Initiatives (F.A.C.E.) Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving production goals for a staff of 10 - 20 Inside Sales Representatives.

  • Establish objectives and action steps to achieve sales goals.

  • Create Sales campaigns utilizing data and market analysis

  • Provide ongoing employee development through coaching

  • Evaluate sales campaigns and make recommendations for enhancements

  • Identify New Sales and Marketing opportunities

  • Work with the marketing team to develop materials and resources marketing trends

  • Use the Salesforce and other reports to evaluate employee performance and develop a personal plan to support each person’s continued growth and success.

  • Stay updated on the Educational Marketplace, including teaching trends

  • Implement company policies in a fair and equitable manner including performance evaluations and performance improvement 

  • Create ongoing daily, weekly, and monthly sales contests.

Qualifications

HOW YOU CAN FIT (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4+ years in Inside Sales or Education Management 

  • Previous Management Experience within a Sales Organization or an Education Institution

  • Ability to develop a strong sales team and to work with individuals of various sales abilities.

  • Experience in developing sales and marketing plans

  • Ability to conduct data analysis report analysis
