Conduct site visits, respond to contractor queries, assist with renders/CGIs, and apply value engineering to meet budgets while maintaining design standards.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of materials, availability, and suitability.
- Stay informed about the status of assigned projects.
- Adhere to the company’s design standards, materials, templates, and formats.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Familiarity with graphic design programs such as Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
