Role Overview
The Scheduling Analyst is responsible for analysing, monitoring, and evaluating the function of the workforce by monitoring activities on a real-time basis.
The Scheduling Analyst is responsible for (but not limited to):
- Updating and maintaining scheduling database. Creates schedules and provides regular reports to assess workforce need
- Analysing, monitoring, and evaluating the function of the workforce (call or service) centre by monitoring activities on a real-time basis
- Creating schedules and providing regular reports to management on workload and workforce
- Working with Finance to maintain budget accuracy and improve forecast capabilities
- Defining both long-term strategies and ever-changing, short-term, and immediate workforce needs
- Managing shift change requests and monitoring new-hire, holiday, and seasonal shift needs
- Updating and maintaining scheduling database with current information; and researching, recommending, and implementing call centre technology and process improvements to reduce overall costs.
Our office is at BGC Taguig and we have hybrid work setup(Twice a week) and a Morning work schedule and we promote Work-Life balance, and an APAC focus means no graveyard shifts!
