In this position, you will be tasked with analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements and implementing automation tools within acute and ambulatory healthcare organizations. The objective is to enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and overall service quality.
The ideal candidate must possess a robust background in healthcare operations, exceptional analytical capabilities, and proficient communication skills with diverse teams. The candidate is expected to remain abreast of industry trends and best practices and leverage this knowledge to assist organizations in navigating the complexities of the healthcare sector. If you are located in Metro Manila, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Hybrid to predominantly WFH, might be asked to report onsite for gatherings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrators to understand their needs and challenges within their revenue cycle operations
- Design and build automated test suites that are scalable, robust, and automatic, requiring minimal human intervention and support
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives for long-range planning and lifecycle management for various automation platforms
- Create, implement, and adhere to operational and technical standards, best practices, processes, and procedures
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions
- Analyze client feedback to identify how test gaps and suggested mitigations will affect the test automation architecture
- Analyze current healthcare processes and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrators to understand their needs and challenges
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Use data analysis tools to track performance metrics and identify trends
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to operations teams during the implementation phase
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- 3+ experience with Process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma
- 3+ years experience in Project Management, managing multiple projects, utilizing MS Project or similar tools
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in Contact Center healthcare process improvement
- Solid understanding of healthcare operations and regulations
- Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis tools
- Ability to facilitate calls and meetings
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems and technology
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 core applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops
- RCM background, in an Acute setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
