SchedulerAbout your role:
The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and maintaining daily production schedules within a fast-paced card manufacturing environment. The Scheduler will work closely with Production Control, Operations, Vault, Shipping, and leadership teams to support on-time delivery, quality standards, and client service level commitments.
What you will do:
Partner with Operations teams to ensure scheduling decisions support compliance, security, privacy, and proper separation of customer work
Escalate issues that may impact quality, service level agreements, client commitments, inventory, machine availability, or on-time completion
Create, update, and communicate daily production schedules based on job due dates, priority, customer requirements, material availability, and machine capacity
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow site procedures for material handling, storage, and disposal
Perform other duties as assigned to support production, scheduling, and operational needs
Experience you’ll need to have:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
1 yr scheduling experience
Ability to use basic computer systems to enter, review, or track production or quality information
Experience that would be great to have:
Experience using production dashboards, inventory systems, job tracking tools, or manufacturing workflow systems
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, capacity planning, or workflow optimization
How you’ll work:
You will work an assigned schedule of: Sun-Thur 4am-12pm.
This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.
