Job Description:
- Schedule Corrugator / Production machines effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Ensure waste numbers are minimized by creating a smooth and seamless production schedule for each department in the plant, side trim accountability.
- Coordinate daily and production scheduling and transportation needs – morning & afternoon.
- Ensure on-time delivery of raw materials to meet press dates based on customer orders.
- Generate monthly forecasts based on previous year performance and information from the Sales Team.
- Serve as a liaison between the Production Department and CSR/Sales Department to communicate customer needs and current production abilities.
- Manage in a goal-oriented environment to deliver target results in the areas of safety, reliability, cost, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Implement, maintain, and support all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.

- Ability to solve practical problems as well as interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a corrugated scheduling department and/or box plant operation.
- Excellent computer and data entry experience and accuracy
- Efficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
