Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support fragrance development projects and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct fragrance evaluations and provide olfactive feedback to support fragrance selection and development.
- Assist in developing fragrance solutions that align with customer needs, brand positioning, and market trends.
- Monitor market, consumer, and fragrance trends, and generate competitive and category insights.
- Prepare fragrance presentations, submissions, and supporting documentation for internal and customer projects.
- Collaborate closely with Perfumers, Marketing, Sales, Technical, and Regulatory teams throughout the development process.
- Maintain and leverage fragrance portfolios, libraries, and knowledge management systems.
- Develop olfactory expertise and build understanding of fragrance ingredients, accords, and technical performance.
- Support customer engagements by effectively communicating fragrance concepts, recommendations, and olfactive rationale.
- Able to independently execute projects for small to medium-sized customers.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Fragrance, Chemistry, Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in the fragrance industry, consumer products industry, sensory evaluation, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in fragrances, consumer insights, and brand development.
- Good olfactory abilities and willingness to develop fragrance evaluation expertise.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in English.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Previous experience in fragrance evaluation, sensory science, consumer insights, or product development.
- Familiarity with fragrance categories such as Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care, or Air Care.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Experience working with multinational teams and customers.
