Team mission

Our mission is to provide outstanding and scalable support to supply partners in delivering unforgettable experiences to our mutual customers. As a part of one of the three teams constituting the Supplier Enablement pillar at GetYourGuide, the Scaled Operations team focuses on inventory back office operations including acquisition, onboarding and maintenance.
Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining day-to-day operations which drive growth for our inventory and improve the content of our product.
• Address and resolve issues related to our digital ticket warehouse and collaborate with Sales to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Identify and address process improvement opportunities within the team and across other departments, including Sales, Supply, and Content.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and implement improvements in operational tasks.
•  Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and meeting deadlines.

Your profile

• Proven experience in Operations Management, Customer Care or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent data analysis capabilities to drive strategic decisions.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments and with external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in another European language is a plus.
