HubSpot has expanded its global footprint by opening a new office in Bengaluru, India, in September 2024, leveraging the country’s position as a standout base for both tech companies and talent. We are looking for an experienced leader to build and lead a high performing Scaled Contract Management organization from scratch. This team is responsible for helping customers serviced by HubSpot’s Customer Success Team to navigate their billing and contract inquiries.
As a Manager on our Contract Management Team, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team of new Contract Managers in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. We are looking for someone that is effective, adaptable, flexible and analytical. As our customer base continues to grow, the Contract Management team is tasked with creating the optimal path to helping our customers through both their contract terms and the use of HubSpot’s software platform while also ensuring their current growth strategy extends into the future.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Lead a team of Contract Managers who are responsible for overseeing and processing any contract and billing questions for a high volume of customers
- Manage day-to-day operations, goal setting, career development, performance management, and the growth of team members
- Build strong working relationships with other managers, directors and executives across the business
- Proactively identify areas for innovation and improvement within the Contract Management Team and drive collaborative developments within our existing playbooks and in creating new playbooks
- Analyze customer and performance data to make informed decisions about operational and procedural changes
- Serve as a coach and a leader, helping to develop the skills of your team so they are able to achieve their metrics and career goals
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and creative and unique solutions are desired
We're looking for people who have:

- Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
- Experience thriving in a complex environment, working autonomously and using good judgment
- Familiarity with interactions between contracts, terms of service, and legal and driving collaboration with other teams and leaders in the region
- Phenomenal organizational skills and attention to detail with a track record of driving efficiencies
- Intellectual curiosity and a resourceful approach to problem solving
- 1 - 5 years of direct people management experience, preferably with some experience in the Tech industry
- Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
