Role Mission
As a Scalable Account Manager, the mission is to develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliated businesses, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. The goal is to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their needs and objectives, and deliver scalable solutions to meet those needs — working alongside key areas of the company such as sales, marketing, operations, and business analytics.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of affiliated businesses with the goal of increasing sales volume.
Implement standardized strategies on relevant dates.
Proactively seek out growth strategies within the affiliated business portfolio.
Identify growth opportunities.
Monitor key operational metrics for managed accounts.
Maintain retention of the affiliated merchant portfolio.
Validate the operational status of affiliated merchants.
Act as the support contact for payment clarifications, invoices, and all operational matters.
Requirements
Data Analysis: The ability to analyze data and extract insights is critical for understanding trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Presentation & Communication: Strong presentation skills are needed to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Given that these businesses represent a significant portion of company revenue, a formal relationship that builds and maintains merchant trust is essential.
Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of Aplazo's products and services is important for explaining their features, benefits, and value proposition to clients.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
Commercial Skills: Relationship building, customer service, cross-selling. Organized and able to work effectively with a sense of urgency. Resilient under pressure, comfortable working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
Experience
Managing commercial relationships with clients.
Using basic analytics tools to understand key metrics.
At least two years of experience in sales, commercial, or customer-facing teams.
