As a scala developer at Riskified’s Applications group, you’ll become a valuable member of an innovative and fast-growing department. You'll work in a truly Agile environment utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
You will build products supporting our fraud management products, which will help our clients and internal departments expand Riskified’s ecosystem and make an impact on our business on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in client-side coding - Angular is a must
- 2+ years of experience with React
- 2+ years of proven experience in hands-on server-side (nodeJS is a must)
- Familiar with microservices architecture, k8s, Cloud (Any)
- An autodidact approach to software development
- Passion for writing clean, SOLID, and robust code
- A team player with strong communication skills, but also capable of working independently

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
Our hybrid policy allows employees to work both at home and in our office to provide flexibility and enhance collaboration amongst teams. Our NYC team works in a hybrid work model of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
